Info shipping and handling CH

Shipping from 1. January 2024

• Shipping by mail (Monday 13.00, Wednesday 15.00)
• 2 x 200ml / 1 - 7 x 50ml tubes are always shipped by A-Post, is therefore Tuesday or Thursday in your letter post
• The packages go Monday and Wednesday to the B-Post. Your order should thus be Wednesday or Friday in your parcel post.
• If a holiday falls on one of these days, delivery will be postponed.

Placed orders that do not arrive within 5 business days, PLEASE call to check.

Shipping costs 

• For private customers, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed up to a certain order quantity, otherwise a note on the shipping costs is displayed.
• For "WK & Praxisgebrauch" customers, shipping costs are based on weight and packaging material. Packages from: Fr. 11.- to ???
• If necessary, you can ask for the shipping costs for your placed order by phone or email.
• Possibility for A-Post delivery ask by phone.
• Personal pickup is possible, PLEASE call to make an appointment for pickup.
